To speed up processing, please add ALL household members using "Add Household Members" in Pronto

3. Access Pronto Housing, select "Add Household Members" to complete your household.
4. Select "Start” and answer ALL questions.
5. You MUST confirm all acknowledgement questions AND answer all required questions to be considered for the lottery.
6. Once you answer all required questions, your application will be considered complete.
