We are excited to offer you the opportunity to apply for affordable housing at the Parker at Huntington Metro!

Please provide your full name and a form of contact in the below survey. You will then receive an email/SMS invitation to complete your rental application.

Once you receive your credentials, please do the following:

1. Login with the credentials provided

2. Add ALL household members that will be a part of your application or moving in with you

3. Complete the rental application for all household members

Note, the credentials you receive after filling out this survey are only for the rental application. Once you log in and complete the rental application, we will contact you with steps on how to move forward with the full income questionnaire.
